Great little spot. It is a senior park but family R.V. is good(in Summer). Nice lake and yes, had a fun encounter with a 3 ft gator but very safe and the staff was exceptional. The maintenance man was very knowledgeable of the area picked some fresh blueberries that were so sweet we ate all of them on the way home.

I have been a resident in this park since 2004 and still love it in 2025. The management does a great job to make you feel at home. The people here are very friendly and make you a part of our BLC family instantly. We have a lot going on here with many amenities. Come and see for yourself, we here at BLC will do anything to make your stay here a part of our family.

Camping for 5 months, very relaxing, beautiful lake for fishing, clean pool, lots of activities.

Clean campground with full service for the rv. Staff is very nice. Wife liked the water in the evening.

Its a very nice and well groomed place to live and or have an R V and camp! They have an office for any questions you may have. Also they have a nice well kept laundry room. I believe they have 4 / 5 washers as well as dryers. In the same building they have mens and womens shower rooms available... A pool is also available....Picnic tables on every site. 4 blocks from 7 11, walgreens, McDonald's. Walmarts 1 1/2 miles. Easy access to U S 27 and not far from I 4... Hammondell has a weekly activity broad. Lets you know when bingo, shuffleboard kniting or what ever may be happening for that week available as you drive in the park. Hammondell will see that your stay is pleasant and accommodating....
