Summer Rates (April 1st - September 30th)

Winter Rates (October 1st - March 31st)

Daily: $60
Weekly: $360
Monthly: $725 + Electric
A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for all reservations. (No refunds or credits will be given for time not used). Rates subject to change without prior notice.
Permanent Sites
Permanent sites are paid each month, year round. A complete background check is required for renting permanent sites at a cost of $37.00 per person.
Washing machines in your unit are an additional $10.00 per month fee.
Rates subject to change with a one month prior notice of rent increase. Please check with office for additional rules and a list of available lots.
Regular Sites: $540.00/Month plus Electric
Canal Sites: $540.00/Month plus Electric
Lake Front: $575.00/Month plus Electric
